Alain Harrus is a physicist, entrepreneur, and global leader in deep-tech and energy-transition investing whose career spans more than three decades across semiconductors, materials science, and climate technology.

Alain is an Operating Partner at Climate Investment, the decarbonization fund founded by the OGCI energy consortium, and a Founding Partner of Impact Science Ventures, where he supports entrepreneurs building breakthrough technologies in energy, materials, and manufacturing.

Before his investing career, Alain spent 15 years in advanced semiconductor R&D and manufacturing, ultimately serving as Chief Technology Officer of Novellus Systems. He later served as CEO of Kateeva, guiding the company from early technology development to global commercialization in advanced display manufacturing.

As a venture investor, he has led and co-led investments in multiple category-defining companies—including the Series A investment in Tesla Motors.

Alain brings the analytical depth of a Ph.D. physicist and the practical judgment of an operator-turned-investor, making him a trusted voice advising boards and founders on scaling industrial technologies, building durable organizations, and accelerating the global energy transition.

David Rousseau is President and long time Chairman of the Board of Salt River Project (“SRP”), one of the largest public utilities in the U.S., providing reliable water and power to over 2 million residents.

Under his stewardship, SRP has become a regional leader in grid resilience and sustainability. In 2019, Rousseau championed an expansion of SRP’s 2035 Sustainability Goals to include aggressive carbon reductions and greater grid flexibility, empowering customer choice and enhancing resilience. Most recently, he guided SRP into a pioneering collaboration with NVIDIA and Emerald AI to conduct one of the nation’s first AI enabled grid stress tests—demonstrating a 25% power reduction during peak demand without sacrificing service quality.

A fourth-generation Arizonan and seasoned utility executive, David brings visionary leadership and strategic oversight to the intersection of energy, infrastructure, and AI innovation.

Farooq Omer is a global financial services executive with more than 25 years of leadership in risk management, capital markets, and regulatory oversight.

He is currently the Group Chief Risk Officer at SEI (NASDAQ: SEIC), a financial services company that manages, advises or administers $1.8 trillion in assets, where he oversees enterprise-wide risk strategy. Previously, Farooq served at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, helping to safeguard the stability of the U.S. financial system. He was the Global Chief Risk Officer at AmTrust Financial Services, leading risk strategy across North America, Europe, and Bermuda, and earlier spent over 15 years at S&P Global Ratings, where he was a Managing Director and held various leadership roles including the consumer credit business and enterprise risk analytics.

With extensive boardroom and regulatory experience, Farooq provides EverPowerAI’s board with deep expertise in lending, capital markets, and risk governance, ensuring robust oversight and resilience in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

David Sable is a globally recognized strategist, board director, and former CEO with more than three decades of leadership across marketing, digital transformation, and corporate governance.

He is Vice Chairman of Stagwell and serves on the boards of American Eagle Outfitters and Ethan Allen Global. David is also an Executive Board Member of the UNCF and Special Olympics, and has previously served on the board of UNICEF USA.

From 2011 to 2019, he was Global CEO and later Non-Executive Chairman of Young & Rubicam (VMLY&R), one of the world’s largest marketing communications companies, where he oversaw its transformation into a digital-first global network. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Wunderman, Genesis Direct, and Burson-Marsteller, pioneering integrated retail and digital strategies.

A sought-after advisor, author, and educator, David brings deep expertise in communications, brand strategy, and governance, helping boards navigate disruption with curiosity, foresight, and disciplined execution.

Bob Lipstein is an experienced public and private company director with extensive service on boards including Seacoast Banking Corporation (NASDAQ: SBCF), Quest Resource Holding (NASDAQ: QRHC), Onity Financial (NYSE), Firstrust Bank, and the Jefferson/Einstein Healthcare Network. He has chaired multiple Audit Committees and served on IT, Risk, and Compensation Committees, bringing deep expertise in governance, compliance, and technology oversight.

Over his board career, Bob has guided companies through IPOs, regulatory challenges, restatements, shareholder activism, litigation, and major strategic transformations.

Bob retired as a Partner from KPMG, where he was Managing Partner of IT Business Services and Global Partner in Charge of Sarbanes-Oxley Services. He led global teams of 1,000+ professionals, generated $200M+ in revenue, and advised boards and CEOs on audit, IT, M&A, and regulatory matters. A graduate of Wharton’s Corporate Governance Program, Bob combines technical rigor, strategic insight, and proven governance leadership.

Michelle Kerrick is an experienced independent corporate director and former senior Deloitte executive with more than 35 years of expertise in finance, governance, and professional services. She currently serves on the boards of American Homes 4 Rent (AMH), Beauty Health (SKIN) and Capital Bank & Trust (a subsidiary of Capital Group), bringing deep audit, compliance, and strategic oversight experience.

Previously, Michelle was Deloitte’s West Region Market Leader and Managing Partner of the Los Angeles practice, one of the firm’s largest U.S. offices, where she advised Fortune 500 and middle-market companies across consumer, technology, and real estate sectors. During her career at Deloitte, she guided clients through acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market transactions, including equity and debt offerings.

Michelle is a retired member of the California and Arizona State Boards of Accountancy and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She chairs the audit committee of EverPower.AI’s board.

He is the Ross Graham Walker Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, where he has taught for more than four decades, and has served as Senior Advisor to the President of Harvard University on Global Strategy. In his academic work, Professor Palepu focuses on corporate governance, global strategy, and the role of boards in shaping long-term value creation.

Beyond academia, he has served as a director on the boards of several Fortune 500 and global companies, advising CEOs and executive teams on strategic transformation, risk oversight, and international growth.

David is the Founder & Managing Partner of Interna, a consultancy advising boards and CEOs on aligning product and engineering with corporate strategy. He has held senior executive roles including Chief Technology Officer at Oversee and Break Media, and Chief Product Officer at ZestFinance, and participated in R&D in AI at The MITRE Corporation.

He has also led and advised on technology and product organizations at both Fortune 500 and high-growth companies, driving major transformations in artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and digital platforms at the Disney/ABC Television Group, and PlutoTV, as well as growth companies such as Lynda.com, Andela, and Reify—all of which achieved unicorn valuations.

As a board member and Vice Chair of the Innovation Committee, David applies his deep expertise in product development, AI, and technology innovation to guide governance and strategy, ensuring that EverPower.AI’s technology roadmap is underpinned by forward-looking innovation and disciplined execution.
